Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description :
• Review proposed water feature systems and materials for local compliance, quality and suitability to local conditions
• Ensure designs and drawings are compliant with municipal standards and client requirements.
• Ensure designs/deliverables are compliant with scope of work and contract requirements,
• QA/QC design deliverables for completeness, utilities coordination, clash analysis and constructability
• Submit and track comments, queries, technical clarifications, etc
• Review materials samples, shop drawings, performance designs for compliance with specifications
• Construction tender analysis, technical evaluations
• Write reports and presentations
Requirements :
• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (emphasis in WaterPumps , water features amd filtration systems )
• 10+ years total Water feautree and mechnaical Engineering experience with MINIMUM 5 years GCC experience in design, drawing production, and tender of large scale WaterPumps , water features amd filtration systems and water features including pumps,
controllers, tanks, MEP infrastructure interfaces, calculations and technology
• Min 5 years Senior Level Project management responsibilities on large developer projects.
• Exceptional articulate communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experienced in MEP and civil works of water features, pump stations and pump rooms.
• Experienced in reviewing of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and as-builts.
• Competence with contracts and contractual requirements.
• Experience providing Expert technical review of schematic/detailed design drawings, specifications and BOQ for comments
• Evaluate water feature Consultant and Contractor Tender Submittals for technical qualifications.
• Experience advising client of best systems, materials, products and sustainability for water feature systems.
